just heard from a friend that the money changers are trying a new scam.Change your money and give it to you to count then when you have counted and it is correct they give you the receipt and say they will fold it around the money.They then do a quick sleight of hand and whip off a note Two were caught so went and got the tourist police who when they came back made the money changers give back what they had taken-------no protests.
