I have flown Jetstar and Virgin. I would never fly virgin again. We booked and paid for direct flight. A few weeks before they cancelled that flight and combined it with a via melb flight home....Nightmare. No offer to feed us, no offer of alternate direct flight, but we could hvae a refund an dthen try and find another cheap flight 4 weeks out!!! Miss informed us about not having to collect our bags and clear custims at Melbourne...I hope you have better luck than we did...This time I am flying Garuda, I hope thay are as good as everyone says....
