hi dutchnat, love your stories!! Going back to bali again soon for the 10th time. We always stay over in the tuban/ kuta area. Have been over to sanur a couple of times but only for quick look around and lunch. I always tell myself that next time I go I should force myself to pick somewhere different( like sanur or maybe jimbarin) but always settle on the familiar(tuban).. I think reading your posts might just be the thing to jerk me out of my comfort zone and book sanur instead. Just as matter of interested, do ever feel the same need to try somewhere different. Or maybe you have. Interested to know.
