I have registered with them but did not get an upgrade. I paid the amount and received a receipt which clearly said no (-) sign up fee.
They hold your money for (in our case) 7 months then if you don't get an upgrade they are suppose to refund in full. Well we didn't get our upgrade and they did not refund the full amount, when I questioned this I was told there was a sign up fee. I forwarded the receipt and ask them to show me where it says that there was a sign up fee, they just send a standard response thanking me for my understanding and that there was a signing fee. They could not answer my question and show me where it stated there was a signup fee.
So in a nutshell they have use of your money for x amount of months then they charge you for it!
