.. who is coeliac. She was fine. She knew what she could & couldn't eat & had some great meals. I was a bit stressed before we went but no problems whatsoever for her. She didn't bother with a card but if in doubt asked about the ingredients of dishes.
In Ubud in particular she found plenty of options.
By all means take some staples from home to tide you over. Bintang Supermarket has a gluten-free section.
