Can someone please tell me if there are any shops that sell gluten free food, like cereal, bread etc. or should I take my own as I am a coeliac. I am guessing that restaurants will understand what I am talking about if I take my translation card. Are there any pointers that I should be aware of, apart from the soy sauce not being gluten free. I did think of taking my own sauce as well. Any information will be appreciated.
