for the info. I have no doubt we will fall in love with Bali and im already looking at going again next year in april. I haven't booked any tours here in oz i was going to but the more i looked into it the more it seemed like its better to do it there. We went to thailand 5years ago and made the fatal mistake of booking tours before we went and discovered once we got there we got ripped off big time so that was one lesson learnt. Bali belly definitely doesnt bother me cos i totally agree if you be sensible and only drink bottled water you should be safe. The bike trip sounds really good and we did look into white water rafting but are still all undecided at this stage. I am really starting to get quite excited now the more i read about bali.
