After a week and half of pure frustration, umpteen emails (2 per day)in the very 'simplest' form of the English language, half a dozen phones to Bali,(phone call yesterday 15 mins) I am still no closer to securing our Oct/Nov booking for 3 rooms which have been FULLY paid for via a bank transfer. If the TS was not as popular or as highly recommended as it appears to be, I would have given up by now. This will be my 12th trip to Bali and whilst I do understand that sometimes things are 'lost in translation' I am finding this situation unbelievable!!!!!
Have been looking forward to staying at this hotel for a long time, being an avid fan of Ubud and staying in many hotels there. Last stay in Alam Jiwa, no probs in regards to booking, all very straight forward. Unfortunately problems encountered at TS would definitely put me off making further bookings with them.
As a last resort, is there anyone who can send TS an email on my behalf in Indonesian, before I give up completely (however cannot at this stage as we have paid for our accommodation).
