Even prior to payment there seemed to be a lack of communication with with rooms we wanted to book and dates. Several emails and a few phone calls later thought we had it sorted until probs with payment.
I also scanned copy of bank transfer, and emailed copy 3 times, and rang to say money had been paid. However after my previous unsuccessful emails and telephone calls knew this was going to be difficult as they they are saying they hadn't received when replying to same email with receipt attached!! Also that only some of the money has been paid for one of our rooms, only a deposit has been paid for another room and some money is still owing on another room. ALL the money they required has been sent through IN FULL (the exact amount)for the whole stay for 3 rooms. I don't understand why there seems to be problems????
I think if we hadn't already sent through bank transfer I would have cancelled by now. I hope others don't experience the same probs I've encountered, as at this point I still don't know if they actually have our rooms booked or have our money?????
