If on the correct site then there should be further details in their molina/e-visa account when they log in.
Can also check who the first emails were from requesting payment

"The last time I was able to submit it and a "finance" (or something like that) box opened so I was able to pay and received the first eVOA. Obviously last week (Friday) when I tried the first time, I submitted it but a Paypal box came up and I paid USD $39 odd which equated to $60. So I don't know what I paid for then and whatever it was I haven't been sent it, but the card has been charged."
