You pay for one eVOA first then an email will be received shortly afterwards from the DIREKTORAT JENDERAL IMIGRASI REPUBLIK INDONESIA with a copy of your eVOA. There is a link in that email that you can follow and it takes you back to the application section where you were before and then you can pay the second eVOA and another email will be received shortly afterwards with the second eVOA attached.
