I did mine a couple of weeks ago (took ages) then yesterday for friends travelling with us and once we had all the docs in the right format i.e. some .jpg other .pdf, then it was a breeze and like you, had both done in 20 mins. Easy when you know how but they didn't need to have a log in so just did as guest as they are staying less than 30 days.
