I buy a Telkomsel Tourist Sim from the Telkomsel Grapari shop at the Mal Bali Galleria, Kuta. The Mal Bali Galleria is only a Rp 12,000 ojek ride from Masa Inn.
They charge Rp 150,000 for the Sim, which includes setting it up. You can ask them to set up the Gojek App as well.
The Sim lasts 30 days and it includes voice and data.
