She also mentioned Peter Scott.
I thought Rangatira passed longer than 4 years ago.
So did "Mrs Rangatira" re-partner after Patrick went, or was the place sold to new Kiwis?
If Rangatira went say eight years ago and Peter went 4 years ago, it would seem that Sails isn't a good place for male owners or their longevity.
