You don't agree that people are having problems with the online forms? You think it is all their fault that they can't navigate it? You think that only your opinion is the only correct one? You yourself used the over 65 option to get through with less hassle so would you recommend that to people of that age to take that option instead of the online form option? I know your status on this forum and respect it and all the advice you give to others but not everyone is as confident and has the knowledge that you have and as I have recommended to those who struggle with the online debacle of the forms that are needed is to do it all on arrival. Why do you oppose this?
