I think you will agree that it will start when it starts......and it will finish when it's finished.
Such is the way in Bali.
"Completion dates" a year out will be speculative to say the least.
Keep us posted as to the real picture on this major project so people have some realistic idea what to expect, firstly on arrival and then on departure.
Some may even want to arrange their last night at an airport hotel or very close, depending on the true situation.
