I use Grab, Uber and Gojek or Gocar regularly but mostly Grab. Recently I got blocked from Grab. When I asked why they told me I had cancelled too often. I only cancelled if the driver called me for more money, asked me to cancel because he is just having lunch etc. I always gave a reason to Grab, still I got blocked. DO NOT EVER CANCEL IF THE DRIVER ASKES YOU TO! You as a customer might get blocked. The drivers get a cancellation fee and therefor accept rides they are not willing to make. Just happened again yesterday after my account was opened again. In this case I could see on the app that he was very far away but was willing to wait because I was in a restaurant anyway. He called me and asked me to cancel because "too far". I refused and was told to "f... off" .... lol
There are a lot of honest and polite drivers around but also some scumbags.
