How long have you had it,I purchased one for my granddaughter in Singapore and the strap split, it was within the guarantee time , so I contacted Fit bit direct via email, a bit of back & forth, emailing proof of purchase etc, and they sent me a replacement strap free of charge.Answer to your question, I did not see any in Bali, could not even purchase one in Perth
