returned 3 weeks ago...Yes they do supply pool towels, also upgraded TV to flat screen with USB capabilities, power outlets take both 220v and 240v, take your own kettle, power board or extension cord is handy, triple rooms are larger and the same price as double room, hotel can arrange pickup or transfers...but I use a retired staff member Komang Ekok...you can find on Facebook...lovely family man speaks good English, Bali Agung sells the original Myers's Rum but you have to ask for it ..tell them Papa Gary sent you ...lol
