go to the end of Poppies, where it joins Legian St.
Cross the road and walk to the left and just past the large temple and Danamon ATM, there is a small lane to the right.
Walk along this lane to the end and turn left.
You are now on Gang Mataram.
Along this gang there are many small businesses, basic accommodation, warungs and significantly....tailors and sewing ladies.
Just look out for people sitting at sewing machines along the way as the businesses are not always clearly advertised.
You may want to get one made there initially to gauge quality before committing to a larger order.
The prices along here are much cheaper than on the better known tourist streets.
Even if not meeting your expectations for the blouses, it is an interesting walk along here and there are a few watering holes along the way.
