In July 2015 with the rate Rp.9700/$1 we paid $A140 for multi focal lenses, including frame. Providing own frame, $A74 for multi focal sunglass lenses. Wina required a week for order completion. We ordered in Sanur where we stayed for only 5 days so Wina delivered them to our accommodation in Seminyak on completion. If you're staying Kuta side you'd need to visit Kuta's Wina shop.
