I appreciate some people have issues with JET* but I must say we have had a minimum of disruption to our schedules over many years. In the last 15 or 20 flights with them I can only remember four issues and one of them was because of volcano dramas and all of cases were dealt with by JET* superbly. I'm just calling it as it has been for us. No hidden agenda here!
