Pretty simple really as stated once you exit the airport at Praya just like Bali local drivers will try to get your business. What I did purely because I didn't want to go to Bangsal harbour and haggle for a boat there due to time getting on I haggled with the transport stands after you exit the baggage area through the glass doors. The stands are on your right. As everyone left I had them all to barter with. This way I negotiated a private car new with air con not a taxi. I also arranged a boat with the same people to take us to Meno. I got all this for $600,000 for the two of us so basically $30 each. We were dropped at Telek Nara 5 metres from the water and under way in less than 3 minutes. All very easy. When coming from Meno best to use a local boat as local laws restrict access and collection from certain areas. Bangsal harbour is a nightmare so I was told so avoid it if you can. Good luck
