Probably most central will be the Sindhu Beach Market area. From here you can walk north or south for considerable distance along the paved beach path. If you wanted to cover the distance quicker you could hire a push bike and ride both directions. Many beach restaurants and market shops, shady spots to sit and relax, perhaps a massage on the sand. Sanur is perfect of a day of r&R.
