Hi. Arriving for a month in 2 weeks and thinking (that as we are in villas) that I should make some luxe iceblocks to enjoy while 'at home' (OK, I've never done it before and don't have a mould but am committed - will get one before I arrive). Anyway has anyone got any ideas/experience making home made iceblocks with the fruits available in Bali - and pref. of the alcoholic kind. Also same re any ideas re making nice (again pref. alcoholic) iced teas and/or sangrias - that last being with local Bali vino (which has got somewhat better in the last few years). I do love the mocktails and cocktails available out and about but during the day around the pool would love to.....
