My son initially got the run around when calling AA Sydney Office. They said he must call an international number, they told him he must send copy of passport, booking number etc. also told him not sure if it can be done in time. He eventually was able to get on to live-chat, problem solved in less than 2 minutes, had quick chat, they did not even ask for his booking number, he just gave both names and told to check his email and his updated itinerary was there with title change. All that worry for nothing. Thx again.
