you won't have to pay for a VOA if you are travelling on an Australian passport.
That is confirmed. I took a large tour group there over Easter and there was no charge.

By not paying the VOA you will be saving USD35.00 and with that savings you will be able to purchase many "large binnies" the actual number would be determined on where you chose to purchase them and how you wanted to consume them.
