money exchange and sim card

Hi, it has been a while since last in Bali.
We have a driver picking us up at airport to go straight to Ubud. On the way we wanted to change money at a decent money exchange place and also wanted to get two sim cards for our smart phones. Is there anyplace where you recommend to get driver to stop to do these two things? Thanks.
