I use Jetstar and have never ever had a problem with them, although some will say otherwise.
If you sign up to receive their newsletters etc, they have regular sales and special prices. Not all of them will be for Bali or for the time that you may want, but I have never payed anywhere near full price for our flights to Bali.
I'm sure you could do the same with the other airlines, if interested.
