Today Air Asia told me points allocated are different to a credit shell.I now know that I just log on with my Big Shot ID no/password, book as normal and upon payment page under "credit account" tab my credit shell will be deducted from original refund amount.
I previously was logged in but went to section to redeem points thinking that was my refund.
I still don't understand why I was given any points as my only ever booking was cancelled due to my injury.
