best thing for the oldies if you only have half a day is just a walk along the beach footpath and a stop in a few of the nice hotels for a look around and beer/coffee/snacks/lunch as you go.
As Ron mentions there are a number of important historical and interesting sites in Sanur but seeing most of them would be difficult in half a day.
