I cancelled a trip recently due to injury, trip refund value AUD 1219 and credit shell points totalled 3314. When rebooking airfares the points totalled 303,000 so I somehow think I have been short changed. I have filled out form informing BIGSHOT membership but still haven't had a reply. Has anyone else experienced this sort of thing with Air asia
