One for the ladies please - Make-up

I need to buy some more makeup- I'd like to replace all of the below:

Foundation
Powder
Eyeshadow
Mascara
Lip pencil
Lipstick

Not really fussed about brands just want decent quality and value for money - has anyone bought stuff in Bali and how did it compare price wise with Australia and quality too please? Finally where is the best place to start........staying in Kuta and Sanur but happy to travel.
