I was there from the 11th to the 21st and found Jalan Legian between Jalan Padma and Bintang supermarket is pretty stuffed most of the time. Usually about 11am onward.
Double 66 x Jl. Legian caused massive congestion and Camplung Tanduk x Jl. Legian is also pretty bad.
I sat on Padma Utara and Werkudara for 30 mins a few times in a taxi.
We ended up using Ojeks or Go-Jek for many trips to avoid the congestion.
