G'day GaryD, my understanding is that you have to use your personal banking account AND banking password to utilize the POLI site - that is, outside of your banks secure website. The Commonwealth Bank thought this not a sound practice and in breach of the security agreement between the client and the bank. I sent an email off to Air Asia about it and they said: "we have forwarded the feedback to the relevant department for their further review" blah blah. So sorry.

It's also worth noting that you buy the fare with a credit/debit card in the local currency. 28 Degrees and Citibank have very generous conversion rates but you buy with PayPal in AUS dollars AFTER the conversion at Air Asia rates which are not kind. This can often balance out.
