We stay here a lot. We prefer downstairs superior rooms. Light and airy. Good outside sitting area. Close to rear entrance to walk out to street end. They are building next door but that was never a problem did not work st night or early morning. Thoroughly recommend Niksoma you will love it. Restsurant is amazing, service fantastic and great pool arra. They also own zmozzarella by the Sea restaurant next door which is also great food lovely for lunch or dinner great Beatles night at weekend but must book.
