Does anyone have advice for a meal out for 9 people in Sanur on New Year's Eve? The hotels are charging a ridiculous amount eg $US150 and that is just for the food! Drinks are bought on top of that. We wanted to go to the Tanjung Sari but can't pay that. I know many hotels insist their guests dine in-house that night. We have flexibility. Any ideas anyone? We are going to Char Ming for Christmas dinner. We were hoping for somewhere on the beach as there are probably fireworks etc. but we are open to ideas. Somewhere nice but Bali prices not NY.
