No you dont but you should for insurence claims.If you have driven a bike prior to Bali you should be ok. The traffic in Bali is unlike home and you should be very careful until you get used to the crazy conditions.Go with the flow of traffic and give plenty of indication when turning or diverging. Use you horn to worn others when passing etc.You really should have an international licence but it is not necessary to hire. Good luck and be bloody careful. Darby.
