it is a reflection of your Aussie licence.
In other words, if you have just a car licence (allows you to ride a <50cc motor scooter) you will be OK to drive a car only.
The bikes in Bali are pretty much all 125cc and above.
If you have a full m/c licence in Australia, this will be reflected in your International permit.
You could take a chance on having car only, but this could have insurance consequences if you have an accident on a bike, and you will be at the mercy of the Polisi end of year party fund!
