Yes all rooms have a kettle and from what I have read on this post does not look good. We have stayed here for the last 5 years and will do so for the next 5. Never a problem with air conditioning and if so they would move you to another room but we have never come across this. I don't want to say much about the hotel in the negative because we cannot fine any. A great breakfast and 2014 / 2015 trip advisor best restaurant.
