Stayed at Novotel recently and found many of the restaurants "samey" - same dishes, same prices. Having said that, enjoyed most of the meals we had. Enjoyed The Tree and Glaze the most. Didn't particularly like Luna Bonita but that was more to do with the service. Atlichnaya bar has good cheap snack meals and cheap drinks.
If possible try and have dinner at Bumbu Bali - worth the extra $$$.
We found the seafood buffet night at the Novotel is also good.
