Just read a post on Trip Advisor from a guy who was at Denpasar airport last Friday 9th October, and he said it is still the temporary lounge. He asked Garuda staff at check in and at the "lounge" when the lounge would be ready, and they all said it was a few months away. They said the same thing 10 months ago!
