Mercury. We have been using the temporary lounge since the airport opened and each time I ask when will the new lounge be open they just smile and say "temporary, temporary"
Even wrote an email to Garuda saying that it was a very poor BC lounge and as Garuda is the National airline it should have been a proper and permanent BC lounge from day one. Their response was " we will take your concerns under consideration"
Also asked if they had any idea when a new lounge would be open and they said "no"
I think they are happy to just leave it as is. So unless a lot of BC passengers complain about it, I really don't think anything will change.
