I booked them to meet me on arrival in March, they did not turn up, my sister also booked them and same thing. They messaged her on Facebook and were
rude, accusing her of changing her mind due to a short queue. This was not the case. They did meet another friend on another occasion so I gave them a second chance in September, again they were a no show. I complained on their Facebook page which they deleted and ignored. I am sure there are more reliable services.
