They usually go to Nusa Lembongan. Then dive off a few different islands (Not far by boat from Sanur) I have dived at Tulumben (can also snorkel and is beach entry, few hours north of Sanur)on a wreck which was good but I usually only snorkel.
They said Two Fish dive company was good. I think their accommodation was ok and was mostly divers, I will ask them. They stay a couple of days. Two years ago we booked with Blue Fin at Sanur to take a group of us for a dive/snorkel trip to Nusa Lembongan and Manta point. At the end we dropped them to stay over. The snorkel with the Mantas was one of the most magic things I've done and I also loved the drift snorkel. Tried to do the Mantas last year but none around the day we went.
Menjangan Island which is about 10 kilometres north west of Bali was on their list - quite a drive but might be worth googling or you tubing it. If you go to the archives and put in diving and so on you should get some information. Peoples JBRs are also good for general info regarding different areas to stay at and so on. Enjoy.
