It is difficult to access lounges as they're generally for business class passengers and perhaps premium economy. You apparently can arrange through the Bali Reservation Centre access to the Premier Lounge, take a look at both the Bali Reservation Centre website and Premier Lounges website. There are however lots of cafe's and restaurants with comfortable seating as long as you purchase something. Perhaps others on here can provide additional details.
