Bali is quite humid in April. The 'Discovery Mall' in Kuta has a Marks and Spencer's. Also 'Centro' department store and surf outlets within the mall. Nearby is the markets where you will find T-shirts. My husband thinks lightweight cotton shirts are better than T-shirts unless they also are very lightweight. Don't forget the shorts. Size can be difficult sometimes. Matahari, as suggested, is a good outlet.
