What Bev said is correct.
You go through customs check, then through doors where you'll see all the drivers behind a fence in front of you. You can only go left (as far as know) where you'll see the entrance to the DUFRY store (pretend duty free), the taxi counter is to the left of that entrance. You really can't miss it if you have your eyes open.
