I don't have a problem with the Indonesian Government having a VOA. I do have a problem with the way it is collected, the VOA counters are run by a bank and use an exchange rate that benefits them (hence poor exchange rate) I would prefer the Visa charge be paid for when buying the plane ticket the same as departure tax is now collected!
