Can I just say a huge thankyou to those forumites who discussed sate blocks. Throughout many trips I hadnt discovered them but this trip they were on my list.
We have just finished dinner in cold old Tassie.....but our hearts and bellies were warmed with Nasi Goreng and Sate prawns. It was almost possible, even with the view of sleet out the window, to imagine I was back in my second home. Such great sate and so easy to prepare.Next trip will see an excess baggage claim due to an abundance of the delightful discovery! thanks guys.
